Refund policy

If you decide to return something, we will be happy to offer a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

In this case, contact Customer Service on the day of receipt and follow the return procedure as described in the instructions.

Products must be in their original packaging, unused and in excellent condition for resale.
In case of return of a non-defective product, you will be charged with the return costs.

If your order is damaged, we will be happy to offer a refund. Please contact Customer Service at: 210 80 55551 Monday to Friday 10:00-16:00 or email: marketingmetlab@gmail.gr on the day of receipt. In this case, you will not be charged any additional fees. Refunds are only made if we are informed on the day of receipt of the package. You may need to provide photos of the defective products or, in more serious cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for Quality Research.

Refunds are made depending on the payment method you used. If you have used a credit card, the amount is credited to your card, while if you have paid cash on delivery, the amount is credited to the IBAN bank account you have declared.

The process is completed within ten (14) working days from the receipt of the product.

In case of return of a product purchased with a discount, the refund is made for the amount paid.

During periods of special offers or promotions, where your order meets the criteria for a gift with your purchases, but its return means that it no longer meets the offer criteria, the gift must also be returned so that we can process the refund.

Immediate product exchange is not possible. Return the product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Returns can only be made for products purchased exclusively from the online store www.metlab.gr 

Products purchased from www.metlab.gr are returned only through this procedure and not to physical stores.

A basic condition for the return of goods is that they are sent protected, within 14 days from their receipt.

1. Fill out the return form. Enclose the products together with the form and the proof of purchase or a photocopy of the proof of purchase.

2. Packaging – Returns must be securely wrapped using the same packaging in which they were received, or suitable packaging to ensure that the products arrive to us in their original condition. The order code must be clearly visible on the outer label. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for damages due to inadequate packaging.
